Well Hao Haki is..Haki possessed by certain people who are destined to become a true KING.

Hao haki usually can't be resisted in any way because it basically attacks mental creatures, that's just the power base.

Meanwhile, if you enter the Upper stage .. Can Create Negative Energy Physically Damage (Body of Ships and even bodies of creatures). Plus a super duper Big Lightning Effect..

That's hao haki that there is no Way to counteract it in Combat. Except... ( Hao haki vs Hao Haki too.. Then it will cause Two Negative energies that will push, paralyze the enemy Fleet and Nakama around them).
